hello, i am an amateur wine lover from mumbai, india. i have recently been gifted a bottle of moet et chandon champagne. since the weather in my city is rather humid (though cool currently), and i do not have a wine cellar, i would like to know how to store this bottle at home and not let it go bad. i have currently stored it at the back of a wooden cupboard. thank you for any suggestions.<BR>shishir baxi

Hi Shishar and welcome to the board. The storage of any wine is very basic. Find the coolest place in your home,(normally an interior closet), with limited light, and place it on its' side. I'd suggest drinking at the first festive occassion that occurs. winoweenie
