2004 Henri Bourgeois Jadis Sancerre

Nose was rather sulfurous but that blew off to review a nose that was a bit honeyed. On palate, grapefruit, citrus, good structure and persistence.

I've been pleasantly surprised by how long some Sancerre wines keep their freshness.

Buck-snort used to say he liked some whiskers on his Sancerre; sure works for me.
