Bordeaux Blanc

Bordeaux is associated primarily with red wine and secondarily with dessert wine. White wine from Bordeaux is called Bordeaux Blanc and often goes by the name Graves, Pessac-Lognan, or Entre-Deux-Mers, villages or towns which cultivate white winegrapes.

White Bordeaux wines occupy a small yet longstanding space in the Bordeaux repertoire. The grapes used in white bordeaux are primarily Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, making up about 15% of the annual Bordeaux harvest.
