Restrained nose. Medium ruby. After 1/2 hour the fruit and spice shows up. Just enough funk for interest. In the mouth there's good feel and a solid center and the finish is almost a solid 4 lapper. Balanced and almost elegant. WHA HAPPENED? Did one of Brians labels jump over on one of Tom Ds' bottlings? Then I looked and saw the incredible 13.7% alc. A new era for the Lompoc Lad? Needs another 2-4 to complete the transformation. 90/90. 44 on the list. WW
