You survived another Halloween at school (at least I assumed you survived). - dananne - 10-29-2004 I really hate this holiday. It will be a wine night. - newsguy - 10-29-2004 haven't heard yet from georgie. sure hope she made it. dan: i *love* this holiday and it will be a wine night for me too. - Bucko - 10-30-2004 No kidding, IK. They'd brand her, dunk her, and for good measure, hang her. - Georgie - 11-01-2004 Yes, I survived. It was more fun dressing up with my student teacher. She wore a cute witch outfit and I wore an old haggy green-faced witch outfit. She wore a sign that said "BEFORE (thirty years of teaching)" and I wore one that said "AFTER (thirty years of teaching.") We were a hit. I must say the kids were really well-behaved and it was a painless Halloween. Yesterday we went to NY to see "Dracula, the Musical." It was an interesting show. Lots of great special effects although the music was not memorable. Good fun for Halloween. By the way, we ended up eating brunch at a place called Joe Allens. We loved our meals. Nobody else was interested in wine, so I abstained. I just gotta get different friends and relatives. - winoweenie - 11-01-2004 Great ideer there Teach as long as you keep that cute Sis. Sounds like your bunch have suddenly become civilized. WW |
