Off the hook. We opened her up mid way thru the evening with my mom and dad mid-way thru celebration. Coffee, leather, chocolate, vanilla and concentrated berries delivered a punch that I will never forget. Requires filtration to remove the extensive sediment, but well worth the trouble. 95-96 points

Never had the 55 but they were one of the stars of the fab 63 vintage. Seems you did some serious damage to Dads' cellar. WW

WW, trust me that was a small dent in his cellar. Its a shame though that French wine prices have rocketed. Since 2000, he's gravitated towards Cali cabs. The majority of his collection (at least 50%) is vintage port. He's actually voiced a concern to me that he can't sell it at auction cause he'd flood the market!

I've already contacted him about a merger of sorts. Git away you whipper-snappers. WW
