2001 Rutherford Ranch Napa Cabernet Sauvignon

Wow, nice QPR here. Dark ruby in color with a floral nose of dark fruit and dark cherry. Like rich flavors with hints of cassis and blackberry, cinnamon and a touch of vanilla. Nicely elegant, not over nor under done. Medium grained tannins are evident on the linguring finish. Paired with a 6 lb. crock pot roast and the usual fixins. Paid $12 after 15% mixed case discount. 13.9%Alc/vol.
