Hope everyone had a great New year.
We have had this Tawny six times since 1998.
Unfortunately, we never wrote down tasting notes.
The color was a light brick. I thought it was darker on the previous tastings. The aroma was of nuts, spices and cherry. My wife detected a raisin note.
The taste was was of dried berry or fruit with the nut flavor predominant. The swetness level was light to medium as was the body.
The price tag says $26.99 which was kind of high in 1998. But we feel that it is a step up from some of the better lower priced Autralian Tawny we have had.

This has been for years among my favorite Port producers. I find their prices in line, mostly, with the quality, when compared to other Ports.
