I enjoyed some dandies this weekend. 97 Fonseca LBV was very good...I think I paid around $26. for that one. On Bucko's recommendation, I brought along a Ferreira 20 year old tawny that was really outstanding. Thanks for the tip, Bucko! That one was $59. and well worth the price. IK treated us with a wonderful berry flavored sticky...I hope he'll post on it to remind me what it was. And most special of all was a 1977 Sandeman the WW brought along with my name on it! Oh my, did I enjoy that! I wish I had another glass right now! Thank you so much!

Even More satisfying was the reaction on Joys' face when she drank that hummer.WW

WW and Georgie- I have to say that I'm jealous. '77 Sandeman sounds absolutely yummy!! Oh and the tawny... TB and I went to Prager a couple of years ago and was introduced to the world of port. I must say... what a wonderful world it is!

Have you ever tried Sandeman 20yr tawny with a creme brulee? Amazing!
