With dessert of chocolate mousse with orange and peppermint flavoring and raspberry/orange sauce. (The mousse was served in half a scooped-out orange).
Dark crimson; viscous texture; glycerol mouthfeel, bubbles on the edge of the glass.
Pretty nice with the chocolate/raspberry/orange combo but I still prefer Tawny Ports to the red or ruby ones.
