A new edition of this supweP/Q wine. Deep ruby color with a nice nose of balck, Rasp, and a hint of blue Berries. This is a multi-dimensional wine for a Zin. The spices are very soft and layer on top of the bakers chocolate, vanilla and floral notes. Just got my first box yesterday and immediately opened it to help get over the embarassment I felt for my Georgia associates and friends as I watched the complete dismantling of their (giggle) baseball team. Another in the string of Ginas' triumphs. WW

Nice Q/P, sounds great! Heard positive things about this juice for a long time. Gotta try it.

Bye the bye, you forgot to mention the P part of the Q/P..........

Local store ran a sale on this and I grabbed a couple bottles. Weener, think it's time to drink 'em now, save 'em for a year or two?

Hi-di-ho Z2. I prefer my zins young when the fruit is maximized. I very seldom let them go past the 6 year mark. WW

The local Gallo reps here in Southeastern Virginia say they can't get the stuff. Bull hockey!

WWW.WINE.COM (and they are licensed to do business in Virginia) have it in stock. They will be shipping me a bottle soon. Their per bottle price is $20.49 for the Zinfandel.

I also ordered a bottle of the 1997 Barelli Creek CS at $25.19 per, a bottle of the 1998 Gallo of Sonoma CS at $15.99 per, a bottle of the Boony Doon Old Telegram Mourvedre at $33.49 per and two bottles of the J. Lohr 1999 Wildflower Valdiguie at $10.99. Since that's a half-case they did give me a slight disount.

But I've foiled the local schmucks again who refuse to serve the customer and found a place to buy so I can at least try. Can't wait to uncork that Barelli Creek Zin and taste it!
