Seems like every time I get 5 or more years on this bottling I end up flogging myself for not buying more. Same song- new verse. This wine is absolutely delicioso! Brimming with red fruits out the bazonga it has entered that stage where the entry, mouthfeel, and center are like silk and the finish goes on-`n-on. The tannins are so soft and round you have to pre-pucker to find `em. Had with some portabello-stuffed raviolis topped with Parm-Reg and some grilled Gerhardts` Napa Valley turkey and chicken sausages laced with basil and pine nuts. Any strange sounds heard last nite was me groaning After the second helping ( And Bottle ) Child Bride joined in and helped. She LOVED the zin. How stupid of me. I`ll have to break out one of the SW`s of hers that are for special occassions.(98 Pride is Current Choice) so she`ll forget that scrumptous red. WW
