One of the first of the single vineyard Merlots that I bought from Provenance. It is the last bottle of 01 that I have.

Drinking very well. Scents of dark fruit, with a concentrated Cali Merlot palate - dark cherries and some chocolate. Velvety texture, smooth and long finish. Resolved and integrated tannins. Delicious. If I had them, I would not keep any more of these past this year.

I paid in the 30 to 35 dollar range upon release.
