Sicilia.
Wonderful Nero D'Avola showing spicy blackberry, red berry, licorice and mocha. It's full on the palate but light. It displays a sea air like freshness that's very appealing. 14% Alc/vol. $15. FWIW, Tanzer gave it a 90, with Parker and WS 88 each.

Love this varietal. This and Aglianico are my current two favs from Italy for nicely priced wines (with Nero D'Avola coming in for nicer prices). Great food wine!
