A deep ruby-red Barbera with violet highlights. Its bouquet is typical : plum, sour black cherry and sweet spicy aromas. Noteworthy aftertaste, with very fine tannins. It matched perfecly with lasagne and broiled italian sausage...... excellent!

Barbera is a great food wine, typically high in acidity so that you can get another bit of that pasta into your mouth!
