Opened only an hour before dinner of lasagna, so aggressively decanted..... splashed it into the decanter and sloshed it around, swirling and sloshing to aerate. Seemed to do the trick. Deep ruby in the glass, expressive nose of raspberries and cedar; soft, lip-smacking red fruit on the palate with more raspberries and bing cherries; moderate fruity finish. Very nice QPR..... all of $8.96 at Sam's Club. 12.5% alc/vol. Glad I bought a box.
