50 barrels. 14.2% alcohol
Some viscosity. Very deep purple color. Blueberry and grapey scent. Blueberries on palate, alcohol somewhat evident. This might stand up to grilled meat or cedar plank salmon. I purchased this and an Elizabeth Spencer Chardonnay (which I will open this spring or summer) after attending a dinner in Pinehurst with Spencer Graham from the winery.
