Went to a Chinese hot pot dinner tonight so no fine wine coming out...those of you that have tried this know that its quite the bit of a heat (temp) test for the tongue so any great wines would be a waste.

For this, served lightly chilled in water tumblers worked pretty well. Light in colour, simple, fruity like a beaujolais nouveau, soft, a hint off dry, perfect cafe wine but worked well with dinner as well.

This is more of a quaffer, good for BBQ for those who think zins are a bit too much are think that Whites are too light. $10 okay but more compelling wines in same area.
