This PN comes from the southern Willamette Valley, near Salem, which we didn't have a chance to explore while we visited last month. I got it as a gift a year or so ago.

Bright, clear ruby in the glass, with a nose of red plum and cherry. Good PN body and weight to it, with the round, ripe fruit balanced by some earth and tea flavors. Nice finish that still shows a touch of tannins. If I had another, I'd hold it for a year or two. Not a bad bottle at all, though we had better juice in Oregon while we were out there. Alc. 13.5%. Runs about $25. FWIW, WS and WE both gave it 87, but conflicted on drinking times -- WS said to '06, WE said to hold it longer.
