Willamette Valley.

Dark ruby with some purple flashes, and a nose of cherry, earth, and pine needle. Poured into decanter and straight into glasses, so no real time to open. Red and black cherry fruit flavors with pronounced cinnamon on the finish. A touch more acidic; it probably would do a good job cutting through, say, a rich salmon dish. Alc. 14.1%. This was a nice wine, but it's not up to the level of their Evenstad Reserve. Ran $30 here.
