- winoweenie - 08-05-2004 Bought a mixed case of Pinots that were discounted at the club yesterday. As this is a secondary bottling from Talbott I thot it was a slam dunk at 18 a clatter. Typical barnyardy nose and originally the entry was seamless. As it stayed in the glass it seemed to lose fruit. With food it was a nice drink, but something seemed lacking. Not disjointed but not completely together either. Guess what I'm trying to say in the longest possible format is I 'haint buying enny more of this. WW - Innkeeper - 08-05-2004 I drink mine with food, which is why I like it. - winoweenie - 08-06-2004 IK even with the food this wine seemed tired. Probably the fact it hit the 5 year mark helped it's demise.WW - Drew - 08-06-2004 Ship it all East...I'll let you know how tired it is .
