We received a 1971 bottle of Saint-Emilion Grand Cru and it says Chateau de Pressar. We know very little about red wines. Is this a good wine? Should we drink it right away? What is it good with? Any information would help as we are true novices!

Never heard of them. 71s need drinking and lesser houses are probably over the hill already.
