I know little about wine and would like to learn more about the 1975 Chateau Mouton Rothschild Bordeaux, there's an Andy Warhol painting on the label, if that matters. I was given 2 bottles. Thanks.

Hi Stimms and welcome to the board. Someone must like you a lot. The 75 bordeauxs' have never reached the lofty heights originally projected for the vintage. Tannic and running out of fruit, most has just passed on to that big vinegar barrel in the sky. The Mouton doesn't fall completely in that group as it is still developing. Should peak in the next 10-15 years. Currently selling at retail for 150-175 per. WW
