A glass with lunch at Zebra Restaurant in Charlotte last week to pair with chicken pineapple boat with asparagus, tomatoes, apple slcies and datenut bread/cream cheese sandwich.
Rich tasting wine--a little oak? Light to medium gold color. Melon on the nose and some faint lemon. Quite acidic. Didn't do much for me. I prefer the Pinot Blanc from Ponzi in Oregon or some from Alsace.
