Had 1.5 oz. pour for $3.00 at Vin Enoteca Restaurant in Raleigh, NC.
Gold color? (dim lighting--hard to judge)
Nose: smoky, petrol, mineral
Taste: oak, butterscotch, heavy style
Lots of mouth presence and a long finish. Interesting and worth trying but not my favorite style of white burgundy. Had as an aperitif with French bread and extra virgin olive oil before going on to dinner.
