($40). This white Burgundy lets you know what juice from the chardonnay grape really tastes like, unlike so many over-oaked California bottlings. It's very pale gold, with good aromas and very concentrated flavors. There's also plenty of acidity to stand up to food, plus a long finish. Should age quite nicely.
