"Wine in the (straw) sack", from the Colchagua Valley of Chile, this little puppy is unbelievable! Nose of cedar boughs and calfskin, more soft leather up front, a little tobacco and white pepper chiming in, slipping off on a moderate finish. With a 6 lb rump roast smoked over oak for four hours at 250F, dusted with white pepper, garlic powder & onion powder and wrapped in heavy foil. So tender, no knife or fork was really needed. With sliced zucchini and chopped onions sauteed in OO and a baked spud. A nibble of dark chocolate for dessert with the last of the wine. Fan-tabulous! Gotta buy more of this stuff. 13% alc/vol and $11.42 for a bundled pair at Sam's Club.
