First stop on the trip. They winery was being demo'd and the tasting was taking place in the trailers beside the entrance.
The wine is very dark in colour. Nice dark fruit dense nose of plums, dark ripe berries, and hints of floral and wood. On the palate the wine is think and dense, mouth filling, very fruit forward of berries with some chocolate. The wine has a rather tannic finish which is super long. Wine is very thick in density but not viscosity.
