Chappellet "Pritchard Hill" Killer juice 94/89. Over the century mark but still outstanding stuff. ZD " Reserve ". 92/90. Loads of all the good stuff. A bit pricy at 59 but worth it. WW Broke off the sabbatical last nite and took out a vertical of 85 Diamond Creeks. A buddy in from So. Cal . Today they were doing the Octoberfest thing-i-bob so I decided that I'd sub some red stuff instead of the malted milk. WW

Pritchard Hill got a multi-page writeup in WS. I think I'm going to try to get some of the ZD even though it's above my usual spending limit for domestic wines. I might splurge on 2-3 bottles. Should it be held for awhile WW or is it drinking well as a youth?

WOW.....Cellar the lil' beauty for as long as you can resist. Just opened a 90 yesserday and it be a thing of booty. WW Don't overlook the Chappellet Signature at under the 30 per. Almost as good as the Pritchard, and it has been grown on Pritchard since 69. 93/95. WW
