Guess after lo these many bottles that there has to be a mis-marked case. Bought this 6-pack in St. Helena in 1997. Was supposed to be the94. Decided last nite to check this venerable supplier out. While looking at the beautiful packaging I noticed the vintage date...twere 1993!Haven't checked the other 5 bottles yet, but hopefully it's just this one bottle. The wine was definately from the more austere 93 but needs another 4-5 to shed its considerable tannins. A massive bottling from Snowdens beautiful vineyards that lie 700 ft. in the hills east of Rutherford. 40 to 70 year-old vines make for one of the most concentrated wines in Napa. The current owners have been producing grapes for over 40 years. Either way, it's a marvelous bottle. WW
