94 or 95 Etude. Which is ready?

Probably the 94. They're both really good wines but I think the 94 is maturing faster than the 95.

Thanks KC. If anyone else has experience, please pass it on. I was intending to open the 94 Sunday, but after checking with Spectator's site, I started second guessing myself.

The 94. Had it several months ago and it is a stunner that still will improve but is drinking fantabulously. Thot' I'd posted on this lil' hummer? WW

Thanks much. My guest list has just jumped by two. This sounds like an excuse to open both...

Well, the 94 was poured and was a dissapointent. It was very dry and some guessed it to be Pinot. The nose was beautiful, but when it hit the pallet there was nothing left. Maybe bad storage as I did buy it on the secondary market. I don't know...

So Soory GAD. You probably hit the reason. More wine is spoiled by storage than we can fathom. ww
