- winoweenie - 09-26-2005 Made by the Oenology students at UC Fresno the only thing reserved about this bottle is the fruit. ^0% cab and 40% Syrah it magnifies what a talented winemaker working with superior fruit delivers against students working with so-so berries can do. Medium ruby. Nose mostly of spices and oak. Decent entry, lite center and a 2&1/2 lapper finish. Think I bought this from Roberto at 14.99. 83/81. 14% alc.
