This venerable producer is always close to the top of the P/Q venue every vintage and this suckers no exception. Medium brite ruby. Loads of red fruits, cassis, and spices on the nose. The palate also serves up some nice bakers cocoa and cedar notes. Solid entry, nice center and a solid 3&3/4 lapper finish. Still could use another 1-3 to resolve some fine-grained tannins. 90/92. 29 by the box.13% alc. WW
