Opened Christmas Eve with roasted beef tenderloin. Very dark black, purple ruby, not opaque. Rich flavors of dark fruit, cinnamon, chocolate with a slight green componet. Still youthful with plenty of forward fruit and lots of gritty tannins to resolve. Long finish and would suspect this to go another 6-8 easily.
