This is by far the best Viader bottling I have tasted to date. The limited production "V" line is hard to come by as they only produce 250-300 cases each year. Once again I think Laube is off his rocker with an 87. As soon as the cork was out the nose jumped from the bottle with scents of fresh baked bread and ginger. Once in the glass the cab came forward but not too much. The 58% Petit Verdot was right there followed by 34% Cab Sauv and 8% Cab Franc. The bottle is half gone now and is continuing to improve. 92 by my scale.

Dellas' property would be hard pressed to make an 80-point wine. IMHO. WW

Ended the bottle with over a one minute finish. Beautiful stuff. I have the 00 as well and am looking forward to impressing someone with it.
