One of the oldest vineyards in Napa. Located north of St. Helena, it was originally planted in 1895. Since 1997 they have been making IMHO some terrific juice. This 99 mite be the best yet. Deep ruby with a nose of bing cherry, leather, cassis, and sweet spices. Good entry, solid center and a 4+-lapper finish. 92/94. 40 by the box. 14.1% alc. WW (Larkmead be the rite name. Don't know how to correct the name.)

ww, Have you had any Lewelling Cabs? They're from the family's vineyard originally planted in 1864. Wonderful juice.

KC the memory's the 2nd thing to go. What the blue blazes did you bring to Glenora?
Have both the 97 and 99 resting comfortably in the cellar. WW
