brite medium ruby. Nose of cassis, red cherries, red plums, and cardamon. Supple entry, solid center and a 4 lapper finish that may have been cut off by some sweet tannins. The fruit was so upfront it gave the impression of sweetness. Delightful as a sipper. 90/92 39 on special 14.8% alc (which suprised the snookers outa' me)WW

Opened another of these suckers yesterday and this has really developed some nice tertiary features. The nose now shows come leather and casis notes. Both come over to the palate and the tannins seem to be resolved so mark this booger as DOTTOIG. Also kick hi up a pernt to a solid 91. WW
