12/14. Tried another bottle of this as the last one was so closed and dumb I finally gave up on it after 3 days and into the Marinara Sauce it went. This brute of a wine is opening up. Almost opaque, with black fruits galore with the chocolate, spicy,deep nose that`s associated with Napa fuit. Big entry, lots going on with a solid center and a 4-lapper finish. To all of you who have this cellared, leave it for at least another 2 years. IMHO, It`ll be a beauty. Best Cuvee I`ve had. winoweenie

How much, do you estimate, was that marinara sauce worth? Sounds like something Martha Stewart would have made.

Far more satisfying than putting it in my vinegar barrel and having the Mother convert it to the compliment to " OIL ". WW
