Pulled this cab out with New York strip steaks the other night. Rich ruby/purple (regal)in color. Concentrated flavors of deep mature plum and dark fruits with touches of cinnamon and creamy vanilla. A wonderful cab with a lengthy finish...I can't see this improving much more. One of the nicer cabs I've had in a while. 13.9%Alc/vol. $15?
