Back to this lovely bottle yesserday for lunch. Still very clear rube with no browning. Nose is really starting to develop. Loads of sweet red fruits combine with bakers chocolate, allspice, and cassis to form a lovely perfume. Silky entry, a solid center and a nice long almost 4 lapper finish. Still some rounded tannins hangin' in there so it should take another 1-2 for this babe to peak. Another victory for the great 94 vintage. 90/94. 21 in case lot. Was labeled Cabernet Sav so the blend had to have 75% or more cab in it.WW
