Developing along swimmingly. Medium deep ruby. Loads of berries, flowers, and spices make up the nose and all come over on the palate along with a touch of vanilla bean./ More supple on entry than normal due to the larger % of Merlot in this vintage (20%). Also a smattering of Petite Verdot. Solid center and a long 4+-lapper finish. Still a passel of fine tannins that need resolving. 90/90. 39 by the box.14% alc. WW

Had another with lunch yesterday. This hound can hunt. Nose has expanded greatly with the addition of a nice touch of saddle leather and some earth. Great mouthfeel and the center is now solid. Crank this hunker up to a solid 91. WW

Another jumped out of its' perch in the cellar literally shouting "DRINK ME!!!". Being one of the nicer people in the house I obliged...Gladly. Aromas formed like a cloud on Grouse Mtn around my Head. Seems to be ATTOIG. The defining word is Smooth..Texture, entry, center and finish. A very satisfying bottle. Could possibly bump up to a 92.
