The 2nd vintage of the SS (94 was the 1st) this is an impressive bottle. Opaque with no browning. Plummy, black cherry fruits hit the nose along with cassis, bakers cocoa and cardamon. All come over on the palate. Solid entry weighty center and a 4+ lapper finish. Still needs another 1-3 for complete tannin resolution. Keen bottle. 91/90 40 by the box. 13.8% alc. WW
