BBQ'd some brisket last nite and broke this hummer out. As I use equal parts Jalepeno, Tobasco, and ketchup have quit drinking enny-thin' that wont stand up to the heat. The 47 lb. Now why haven't I tried this??? I've had all the other flavors of rooster but just kept passin' it by.
