Thought I'd posted on this a few weeks ago, but guess not. Picked it up on a visit to Comfort in the Texas Hill Country; sampled at the winery, and thought it had enough promise to snag a case while helping out a tiny producer. Commented at the time to the bartender that it needs bottle age. Opened one tonight to accompany leftovers of roast beef, gumbo and yellow squash. Appearance of Pinot Noir, nose of Pinot and wood, hot on the palate and very fruity, yet only has 12% alc/vol.... suspect the grapes had too long a hang-time, as well as the juice spending too much time in barrel. We'll see how it develops over the next couple of years. About $16 and only sold in Texas.

(Decanted two hours before serving.)
