One of the luncheon wines from yesterday. And this briefie from a few years ago still holds true. Still medium dark ruby. Terrific nose of flowers, cassis, red fruit and spice. All come over on the palate along with a hint of bakers cocoa. Terrific finish. Definately outstanding and at the absolute top of its' game. WW

Sorry WW, didn't remember the actual vintage of this Simi.
I was kind of guessing, but was this the first consulting job for Michele Roland in the states.
