Hadn't tried this fer awhilst. Think I've commented on the weirdness of the vintages ending in 5 for this super Napa bottling. The 75, 85, and now the 95 were all exceptional wines that broke the meter on the P/Q scale. Deep ruby with super aromatics. Cassis, Pencil shavings, sweet spices, and red plum, cherry, and a tad of black cherry coming out of the glass and on the palate. Solid entry, weighty center, and a huge 4&7/8 lapper finish. Still with some lingering tannins that will take another 2-4 to resolve. Kick-in-the-head juice. 93/94. 23 by the box.ww
