Alexander Valley. 59% Cabernet, 30% Merlot and 11% Cab Franc. Elegant and beautiful. Very floral nose of violets, herbs and vanilla. Rich plum and cassis, chocolate notes from the merlot and brite red fruit from the cab franc layered nicely. Some fine grained tannins on the long finish make this a solid bottling. 13.5% Alc/vol. $20ish.
