As long as I was into the 01 vintage and Meritage type juice remembered this beauty thats' been resting comfy-cozy since 03-04. Pretty almost luminescent deep ruby. A blend of primarily Petite Verdot, Cabernet Sav, and Cabernet Franc. Have no ideer the percentage of each but tastes like the Verdot be the biggest dude in the bottle and the 2 cabs fighting for position. The muscle and fragrance of the Verdot blends beautifully with the fruit and floral aspects of the Cabs. Seems to just now starting to all intigrate and the once substantial tannins are at least 3/4ths civilized. Tremendous depth of flavors and mite still improve with another 1-3. A solid 4&1/2 lapper and kick-patootie good. Was around 64 in the day and worth every peony. WW
