I have uncovered two bottles of Gianni Paoletti Cabernet Sauvignon 1996 in my restaurant. I have heard a few wonderful things about his wine. I'm trying to find a price but, to no avail, so I turn...as I always do, to my wine wizard friends. i'm ready for someone to poor the wisdom (generously)into my cup.
