This hummer be there! All components of this beautiful Meritage have joined hands and are singing " We have Overcome " in harmony. The 5 Bordeaux varietals are as balanced as any I've had this year. Still deep brite ruby. red and black fruits, high floral notes with spicy undertones, and overlaid with vanilla. Supple entry, weighty center, and a 4&1/2 lapper finish. Drank far too many of these too early (as usual) but they've been beautiful since release. Ed can puff the ole' chest out on this release. 92/96. 26 by the box. 13.9% alc. WW

Opened another today for lunch. All components holding beautifully. Superb balance and a nose I'd love to be marooned on a desert island wif'. No need to add to score. WW

And that's the name of that tune! Another ole favorite gone but never forgotten. Love it when a bottle develops as suspected. This baby-doll has grown into a sexy, sensuous //b/r/o/a/d//...(OOPS!) lady. Bye-Bye. WW
